Top-class supervision three times a month, including all standard services as well as terrace cleaning and frequent key delivery.
Cleaning services
The prices below refer to supervision and services in Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja. For homes outside these areas, an additional cost is added.
Daily indoor cleaning
- Vacuuming of all floors
- Wet drying of all floors
- Cleaning of bathrooms and toilets incl. drain .
- Cleaning of superficial surfaces in the kitchen (not oven, fan or inside kitchen cupboards and drawers)
- Wiping surfaces such as tables, benches, bureaus and more .
- Clean beds if needed.
- Washing bed linen and towels (2 machines)
- Throw away garbage.
Price by agreement.
Price example: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, €70.
Major cleaning
- Vacuuming of all floors
- Wet drying of all floors
- Cleaning of bathrooms and toilets incl. drain
- Cleaning of all surfaces in the kitchen incl. oven, fan, kitchen cupboards and drawers
- Wiping of all superficial surfaces such as tables, benches, chests of drawers and more.
- Clean beds .
- Cleaning of washing machine and dishwasher
- Throw away garbage.
- Cleaning the fridge and freeze.
- Flushing of terrace and balcony.
- Washing of bed linen and towels
Price by agreement.
Price example: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + terrace/balcony

- Delivery or collection of keys €15/occasion.
- Extra control of the home, for example after a storm €20/occasion.
- Washing of terrace and balcony€25/started hour.
- Receive craftsmen and supervise during working €25/started hour.
- Washing and drying of towels and bed linen €15/machine.
- Copying of keys €20 + cost of keys (receipt presented).
- Purchase of breakfast/groceries before the customer’s/tenant’s arrival
